2012 07 31 PRODUCTS FOR KELOIDS: CURAD NEW VERSION IS FAILURE

FRUSTRATED WITH THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE CURRENTLY OUT THERE FOR KELOIDS, I STARTED TO QUESTION SOME OF THE PRODUCTS THAT I HAVE USED SUCH AS CURAD'S SCAR THERAPY.  THIS PRODUCT WAS ONCE A BLESSING TO USE BECAUSE IT WORKED.  IT DID NOT TOTALLY REMOVE THE SCAR, BUT INSTEAD SLIGHTLY FLATTENED AND MADE THE SURFACE SMOOTHER.  I WOULD GIVE CREDIT TO THEIR OLDER PRODUCT.  THE NEWER PRODUCT (IN WHICH I DO NOT KNOW WHEN THE SWITCH WAS MADE)  IS TOTALLY USELESS.

ONE BOX ALONE CAN COST UP TO AROUND $24, DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU BUY IT. SO BUYING A FEW MORE BOXES IN A SCATTERED TIME FRAME HOPING CURAD WOULD GO BACK TO THEIR OLDER PRODUCTS WOULD BE A TOTAL WASTE OF DINERO.

UPON RESEARCHING THIS PRODUCT, I CAME ACROSS OTHER USERS WITH THE SAME REVIEWS!

DOES CURAD'S MARKETING DEPARTMENT LOOK INTO THEIR PRODUCT REVIEWS?
HOW ABOUT CONDUCTING A MARKET RESEARCH OF THEIR OWN?

Have you seen the web site for complaints about the Curad Scar Therapy, Silicone Pads-New Version?
I thought I was the only one that thought this and was about to blog about it and did some keyword search to find that there are plenty that has the same experience and agreed.

I feel like Curad neglected consumers like myself to change the product and revamp the product into something that once worked to the opposite end.
